BioI'm Tamara, live in tiny New Zealand (where? you ask) with my darling fiancee, Shaun and 2 kitty cats. I absolutely adore cooking, and in an ideal world, would run my own cafe. This journal shows my recipe adventures, as I step out of my traditional british and italian repitiore and expand. I'm currently exploring asian cuisine, with a bit of mexican for good mix. Happy times in the kitchen everyone :)
